	Before you start sending out friends request, you should consider uploading a photo. This is a good way for everyone to see who. To do this, follow these simple instructions.
	First, click on "My Photos" which is located under the blue navigation bar on the top of the page

	Now you will be at the page where you can upload photos. First, locate the "Upload a Photo" field. It can be found the 3rd section down on the page.
	Next, click on the button that says, "Browse" A new window will open that will help you in finding the photo that you wish to upload.

	This is the "Choose file" window. If you have uploaded photos on other programs, this window should feel familiar.
	Using this window, you can find any picture just by looking for it on your "Desktop," "My Documents" or any other directory of your pleasing.
	Once you have found the photo in which you want to upload, click on it with your mouse, and then click open.

	After you have found the photo, you can then add a "caption," "descripition" and you can also make this photo your "default" photo by clicking on the check box titled "Make this photo my main photo" Once you have made all the changes, click "Upload"
	Note: your "default" picture is the one that everyone sees when they view your profile or when you send an email, post a comment or anything of that sort.
